  • Exhale and lift your legs straight and up, to a 45-50 degree angle as you lift your arms parallel to the floor.
  • Stretch your arms, spread the shoulder blades across the back
  • Extend upward and outwards throught the spind, making it as straight as possible. back and reach through the fingers.
  • Hold for 10 to 20 seconds. Gradually increase to 1 minute.
  • Release the legs with an exhale and sit upright on an inhale.
