  • Exhand and bend your knees, trying to make the thighs parallel to the floor.
  • Make the lower back long.
  • Sit as deeply as you can.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Chair strengthens the root (muladhara) chakra. It goes upward on an inhale to open the solar plexus and heart chakras.
