  • Lie on your back. With an exhale, bend your knees into your belly.
  • Inhale and grab the outsides of your feet.
  • Open your knees slightly wider than your torso and pull them toward your armpits.
  • Coax the thighs in toward the torso and down toward the floor as you lengthen the spine.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
