The feet are the foundation.
Don't sink into joints, keep inner thighs and hamstrings engaged.
Bent knee is inline with center of foot.
Left hip bone is off from the front thigh, to get a neutral pelvis.
Rib cage rotates up toward the ceiling, bringing the arm with it.
Both shoulders are in external rotation.
