  • Stand in mountain pose. Move your hands into position, either extending to the front or the back or in prayer.
  • Move your weight into one foot, grounding with the big toe.
  • Lift the opposite leg and lean forward to make the body a straight line.
  • Square the hips to the floor.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to one minute.

Warrior 3 opens the root chakra and moves to fill and open the saecral (svadhisthana) chakra and the solar plexus (manipura) chakra.
