I am convinced that something bigger than the sum of the parts occurs from a yoga session, and I'm convinced that something is really, really good for me.

Most people think yoga is about being limber and flexible. I have found that beyond that, it is often a serious workout. That was what drew me to pursue it initially. I found that I was incredibly relaxed and refreshed afterward, and that kept me coming back.

I went on a kick to do more of it, to get better at it, then I decided to go through teacher training. I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Easton Yoga. Links to my notes follow.
